• 2lbs ground beef
• 1 jalapeno
• 1/2 yellow onion
• 1 garlic clove
• 4 tbsp chili powder
• 1 tbsp ground coriander
• 1 tbsp ground cumin
• 1 tsp ground cayanne pepper
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp oregano
• 32oz pinto beans
• 32oz kidney beans
• 30 oz diced tomatoes

1. Brown the beef and drain
2. Chop the veggies (jalapeno, yellow onion, garlic clove)
3. Mix the Chili Seasoning (chili powder, ground coriander, ground cumin, ground cayanne pepper, garlic powder, oregano)
4. Add the veggies and 3 tbsp chili seasoning to drained beef
5. Take beans and throw in a blender (8oz pinto, 8oz kidney)
6. Add everything to slow cooker for 6-8 hours

Note: It make be really “soupy” when it's done. Just stir it and let it sit for about 30 minutes to thicken up.
