====== Chili ====== ===== Ingredients ===== * 3 pounds lean ground beef * 2 large onions * 3 garlic cloves * 5 tbsp chili powder * 1 tbsp ground cumin * 1 tbp dried oregano * 1 tsp cayenne pepper * 43 oz crushed tomatoes * 30 oz red kidney beans ===== Directions ===== Mix everything except beans into large pot. Simmer for 60min. Stir in beans and stir and leave for an additional 10min.
