====== Lasagna ====== ===== Ingredients ===== * 2 lbs of mince beef * 2 teaspoon of garlic chips or one fresh medium garlic * 1 teaspoon of oregano * Salt & pepper to taste * 2 cans of tomato paste 51/2 oz each * 1 can of tomato juice 28 oz * 1 lb of mozzarella cheese graded * Sprinkle parmesan cheese * 1 package of frozen spinach & 1 lb of ricotta cheese mixed together * 1 package of lasagna noodles ===== Directions ===== Fry meat, Add tomato juice & paste Add spices. Than you should be ready to make your layers the way you want.
