Meat Loaf
Ingredients
1lbs mince beef 1lbs mince pork 5 cloves of garlic 4oz of water Salt and pepper to taste (1/2 tsp salt, 2 tsp pepper)
Directions
Mix everything together, and cook small amount to taste before cooking entire batch. Cover with foil and put in oven at 350F for 1.5 hours. Drain water every hour.
