• 1/2 cup oil
• 1 cup of sugar white or brown
• 2 eggs
• 1/4 cup milk ( optional )
• 1 tbs vanilla
• 4 large bananas or 6 small or 2 cups ( ripe )
• 3 cups flour
• 3 tsp of baking powder ( magic )

Do not use mixer, mix with spoon by hand.

Mix flour & baking powder separately.

Mix all other ingredients together and add the dry ingredients.

Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 20 to 30 minutes until golden and when you put a fork in one of them and batter does not stick to the fork they are ready.

You can also make two loafs bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes .
