Bread
Ingredients
- 2 cups spent grain
- 4 cups of flour
- 1 pkg dry yeast or 4 1/2 tsp.
- 1/3 c. golden brown sugar
- 1 c. water
Directions
Mix brown sugar, water and yeast, cover for 30 minutes.
Mix yeast mixure with grian, add 2 c. flour. Kneed on bread board adding the remaining flour.
Bake 30-35 minutes in 375 degree oven.
