====== Banana Muffins ======

===== Ingredients =====
  * 1/2 cup oil
  * 1 cup of sugar white or brown
  * 2 eggs
  * 1/4 cup milk ( optional )
  * 1 tbs vanilla
  * 4 large bananas or 6 small or 2 cups ( ripe )
  * 3 cups flour
  * 3 tsp of baking powder ( magic )

===== Directions =====
Do not use mixer, mix with spoon by hand.

Mix flour & baking powder separately.

Mix all other ingredients together and add the dry ingredients.

Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 20  to  30 minutes until golden and when you put a fork in one of them and batter does not stick to the fork they are ready.

You can also make two loafs bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes .
